Following the event involving an A 340-600 yesterday during ground tests at Toulouse-Blagnac aerodrome the BEA has launched an investigation, in coordination with its military counterpart, the BEA Defense Air.

The event caused serious injuries to three people and several minor injuries. The airplane was severely damaged.

Three investigators from the BEA are at the scene, along with one of their colleagues from the BEA-D Air.
