Accident at Sao Paulo on 17 July 2007

Following the accident on 17 July 2007 at Sao Paulo (Brazil) to an Airbus A320, Tam Linhas Aereas flight 3054, a go-team of four investigators, two from the BEA and two from its German counterpart the BFU, accompanied by five advisers from Airbus, is travelling to the site of the accident.

Note that in accordance with the provisions of Annex 13 to the Convention on International Civil Aviation, the technical investigation into this accident, and communication of information relating to it, is the responsibility of Brazil, the State of Occurrence.
